    <p begin="00:01:53.18" end="00:01:56.11">and sexual violence<br/>that has been emerging</p>

    <p begin="00:01:58.07" end="00:02:01.00">In addition, many<br/>agencies serving victims</p>
    <p begin="00:02:01.00" end="00:02:05.56">of sexual assault reported both<br/>a rise in demand for services,</p>
    <p begin="00:02:05.56" end="00:02:07.40">and a decrease in funding.</p>
    <p begin="00:02:07.40" end="00:02:10.77">The task force also made a<br/>list of the associations,</p>
    <p begin="00:02:10.77" end="00:02:13.01">organizations, and institutions</p>
    <p begin="00:02:13.01" end="00:02:15.26">that might be involved<br/>in this effort.</p>
    <p begin="00:02:15.26" end="00:02:16.54">Additional information</p>
    <p begin="00:02:16.54" end="00:02:19.83">on the local context was<br/>collected including the</p>
    <p begin="00:02:19.83" end="00:02:23.67">information collected from<br/>law enforcement, hospitals</p>
    <p begin="00:02:23.67" end="00:02:26.50">and surveys done with<br/>staff and faculty</p>
    <p begin="00:02:26.50" end="00:02:28.81">of the local school system.</p>
    <p begin="00:02:28.81" end="00:02:31.06">According to local<br/>law enforcement,</p>
    <p begin="00:02:31.06" end="00:02:33.25">the number of reported<br/>sexual assaults</p>
    <p begin="00:02:33.25" end="00:02:36.92">in the community was higher than<br/>the state and national averages.</p>
