In this training, you will practice healthy communication skills, learn about risks and challenges in adolescence, and help your child navigate their teen years with confidence and support.

Who is this training for?

This training was designed for parents and caregivers of preteens and teens. It’s never too early or too late to learn these skills!

How long does this training take?

Each part takes about 60-90 minutes to complete and can be completed at your own pace from your mobile device or computer. By signing into your existing account or registering before you start the training, you'll be able to pause and return without losing your progress. You can also change devices.

Do I need to register or sign in to complete the training?

If you register or sign in, you will be able to:

  • Pause the training and have your progress saved in the menu
  • Switch devices and have your progress saved in the menu
  • Receive a completion certificate at the end 

It is not required to register or sign in, but you will not have the functions above if you continue.

Do I have to take the training all at once?

If you create an account and sign in, your training progress will be saved. You will have the ability to return to the training and pick up where you left off. You can also change devices.

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Certificate of Completion

If you are registered and sign in, you will obtain a certificate of completion at the end of the training. 


If you opted out of registering or signing in, you will not receive a certificate.
