Once at least one person has partially completed a survey, you have the option to run an assessment report that summarizes what has been submitted. You can save a version of the report as a Microsoft Word document or as a PDF.

The report provides results related to the following key capacity areas:

• Organizational Structure and Functioning

• Leadership Support

• Prevention Capacity

• Evaluation Capacity

• Data/Tracking Systems and Data Use

• Prevention Partnerships and Community Coordination

• Program Implementation Capacity

• Sustainability

After reviewing the assessment report, prioritize and determine as a team which two or three areas will get your focus. Then, use Planning Tools on the STRYVE Capacity Assessment website to help your team take steps toward increasing those capacity areas.
