Raising Healthy Children (RHC) is a comprehensive primary prevention program that infuses social, emotional, and cognitive skill training into classroom and school activities. This strategy concentrates on identifying and reducing risk factors that leave children vulnerable to problem behaviors. It also seeks to enhance protective factors that promote positive youth development. Teachers, students and parents participate in activities and problem-solving lessons that encourage healthy behavior management and build strong interpersonal relationships.
