The Healthy Relationships Toolkit (HeaRT): Empowering Teens to Build Safe & Supportive Relationships is a comprehensive model to prevent violence in adolescence developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The HeaRT model and its programs are delivered in local communities by HeaRT Program Facilitators.
Healthy Relationships Toolkit Terms of Use
In exchange for access to, and use of, the Healthy Relationships Toolkit trainings and program materials, I affirm that:
- I will not sell, modify, distribute, or post online the Healthy Relationships Toolkit program materials to anyone other than staff, program facilitators, and participants under my supervision without the express written permission of CDC.
- I will not use the CDC logo, or any other logo owned by CDC, in any way, including on any materials, without the express written permission of CDC.
- I will not imply CDC endorsement of any non-CDC product, policy, service, or enterprise.
